This compact and high-end hydraulic rock bolting rig is specially designed for underground mines and small-to-medium engineering rock bolting operations, delivering efficient and reliable rock support solutions. It adopts a dual hydraulic rock drill configuration-one for drilling and one for bolt installation-enabling seamless completion of drilling and bolting processes.

 

Equipped with a bolt rod storage library and mesh handling manipulator, and optionally paired with a resin conveying system, the rig features advanced human-machine control, allowing operators to focus on safe, fast and efficient rock support. Its versatile modular drill head design supports all common types of rock bolts and combined bolts, with customizable lengths ranging from 1.5m to 3m, enabling mechanized operations including net hanging, drilling, resin injection (optional) and bolt installation.

 

Automated bolt installation ensures high efficiency, stable quality and long durability, significantly improving the safety of mine production. The rig adopts a dual-power system: a diesel engine for mobility and electric power for operation, with a cable reel for rapid equipment transfer. It boasts a 14° (25%) climbing capacity, adapting to complex underground terrain.

 

Certified with FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), and equipped with SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons, the rig provides robust operator protection. Its central articulated structure and four-wheel drive ensure exceptional passability and steering precision in narrow drifts, while the universal modular chassis design simplifies daily maintenance and spare parts replacement, making it an ideal choice for underground rock support operations.
