This underground mining longhole drill rig is a professional hydraulic rock drilling equipment, specially designed for medium and deep hole operations in large and medium-sized underground mine tunnels. It is widely used for drilling fan-shaped blast holes, cut-off holes, and cutting grooves, providing a reliable solution for modern underground mining.

 

With a full hydraulic drive system, this drill rig is capable of drilling holes with a diameter of 64-102mm and a maximum depth of up to 41.5 meters. It supports various drilling patterns, including vertical, inclined, fan-shaped, and parallel holes. The dedicated positioning mechanism features a 3-meter flat-hole coverage area, ensuring precise positioning and stable support of the feed beam, thus guaranteeing high-quality drilling results.

 

Designed for tunnels with cross-sections ranging from 4x4m to 5.9x5.9m, the equipment adopts a compact layout to ensure excellent visibility and stability. It is equipped with a portable wired/wireless remote control system, enabling precise control of the feed beam and drilling actions, and providing a comfortable operating environment. The optional automatic rod handling system with a 21+1 rod carousel enables fully automatic rod changing, significantly improving operational efficiency.

 

The drill rig is certified with FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure) for operator safety, and is equipped with SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons. Its central articulated structure and four-wheel drive ensure exceptional passability and steering precision in narrow drifts. The automatic anti-jamming and anti-blank firing systems extend the lifespan of drilling tools, while the centralized lubrication system simplifies maintenance procedures, making it an intelligent and efficient choice for continuous multi-shift operations.
