This compact down-the-hole (DTH) drilling rig is specially designed for drilling large, long and downward holes with high demands on hole straightness in mining operations. It is ideal for sublevel stoping mining methods and is suitable for drifts with cross-sections ranging from 3.3m to 4m, enabling flexible operation in confined underground spaces.

 

Equipped with a hydraulic stabilizer mechanism, the drill beam ensures hole deviation of ≤1%, making it suitable for drilling holes with diameters of 120-254mm and depths up to 100m, ensuring precision and stability. The drill beam can rotate 360° and tilt from -10° to 55°, enabling multi-angle drilling. The rotary head features stepless speed control, allowing operators to adjust drilling speed according to varying rock hardness, greatly enhancing efficiency and adaptability.

 

The four-wheel drive system enables 360° on-the-spot steering. For long-distance tramming, the brakes can be released so it can be towed by other vehicles, ensuring fast and efficient operation. Equipped with lifting outriggers and a rear swing axle, it provides excellent operational stability even in poor road conditions.

 

An advanced remote-control system enables precise control of tramming and drilling operations from a distance, significantly enhancing operational safety. Even in hazardous or dusty environments, operators can stay at a safe distance to reduce risks. The rig also features a high-efficiency flushing system that quickly clears dirt, dust and debris, preventing residue buildup that could cause wear or blockages, thereby extending service life, lowering maintenance costs, and ensuring long-term reliable operation.
