HF054 drilling machine is a specially designed product based on the original mature model, aiming at the special working condition of using water dust removal and 90-200mm aperture.
(1).Integral feed The integrated feed is easy to install a wet type dust removal device, and the dust-catching cylinder is built-in, which is not easy to be damaged, and the inner buckle angle is larger. Equipped with dust cover which controlled by a cylinder to slide up and down, which will be obviously avoid the problem of gravel and mud are blown to chain, sprocket and control panel.
(2).Rotation unit Double-sealed type of the rear air feed system, brings double protection to cabinet as air and water can not reach inside. After the water seal is damaged, the air is blown out from the rear end of the tank, so air and water do not enter the inside of the tank. At the same time, no need to open the tank while replacing the water seal, oil seal also need to be replaced, thus air and water will not pollute the entire hydraulic syster.
(3).Undercarriage Strang power hydraulic motor with good grade ability, it is flexible and easy to pull an air compressor for work. The track floats up and down within 15" and is suitable for rough terrain operations. Longer frame increases stabil ity of the rig.
(4). LED light with characteristics of low wattage, low heat, high brightness and durable.
(5).Heated water tank The enaine exhaust heats the water tank so that the -water does not freeze, ensuring the normal use ofwet type dust removal in cold regions of-minus 30 degrees. It's not only saves the cost of refrigerating liquid, but also avoids the problem that the use of the refrigerating liquid affects the service fife of rotation unit and hammer. The cost of use is greatly reduced.
