Directly controlled hydraulic system & 4-wheel driven articulated steering for rough road condition & fast approaching & withdrawing from working face. Technical Features
1. Drifter
HF104M drifter with Dual buffering for longer service life of drill tools.
2. Multiple coordinate boom
Double triangle floating support boom for accurate hydraulic parallel holding of the boom in all directions.
3. Feed
(1) Heavy duty aluminum alloy feed beam with high bending and torsion resistance for long service life.
(2) The beam surface covered by stainless steel wrapper and lined by synthetic wear resistant pads between moving parts for longer service life.
4. Control system
(1) Automatic hydraulic drifter control system with auto collaring, percussion auto stop if lack of lubrication and water, auto controlled feeding by rotation pressure and auto controlled percussion by feed pressure, and auto anti-jamming.
(2) Dual speed tramming, auto slowing down and torque output increase to prevent engine from stopping if overloaded while climbing.
5. Chassis
(1) Strong articulated and heavy duty chassis with four-wheel drive.
(2) Driven by 4-cylinder diesel engine.
(3) Four hydraulic jacks for stable positioning.
(4) Dual circuit pedal brake system with emergency stop control for safe braking when one side oil pipe or even both damaged.
