1.Innovation technical,patent combined DTH hammer and three-wall drilling pipe
Three-wall drilling pipe is adopted in this technology. In the middle is a pipe to transmit the air for percussion of DTH hammer. And the first annular is used to exhaust to the surface for DTH hammer independently. The second annular is normal circulation for mud travels to the bottom of the hole. And the mud travels back to the surface around the outside of the drill pipe. This is combined the normal circulations of air and mud drilling technology for small diameter (below 300mm). It's also adopted three-wall drilling pipe, and cluster type combined DTH hammer. In the middle is the pipe for water reverse circulation to up the cuttings. The first annular is air-power for DTH hammer for percussion and the second annular is for exhausting of DTH.This technology is used for deep (200m) big diameter (400mm-3000mm) hole.
2.Fill the blanks of large diameter and deep depth water well, pile hole in rock layer
(1) Traditional water reverse circulation drilling technology is only suitable for soil layer
(2) Traditional mud normal circulation drilling technology is widely used for mud rock, limestone and strong weathered rock with slow drilling speed (for example a well with 300mm diameter,400m depth usually takes 6-12 month) and it's not suitable for rock layer and weakly weather rock.

In this technology,the DTH hammer can drill in soil and rock layer for water well and pile hole. In rock, rock weathering, boulder formation, this technologycan drill 400 - 600 mm diameter 200m deep water well.In soil,rock,rock weathering, boulder formation, this technology can realize 3000mm pile hole and 300mm diameter 2000m deep exploratory hole.

For this technology, air supply, air exhausting, and cuttings exhausting are realized separately by three different passages: when drilling a hole, air supply volume didn't increase (just keep same like drilling in earth surface) according to the increase of depth, which can reduce equipment investment and oil consumption. And exclusive use passage for air exhausting without resistance of cuttings and under waters can improve efficiency of DTH hammer greatly.
